Retrieving lost data after IOS 13 update to mobile?

I updated to IOS 13 and had to reinstall my connect app. Years worth of data has disappeared. It is still on the desktop. How do I get it back on my mobile?

If the Garmin Connect Web version is good, make sure you're logged in with exactly the same account name on the Mobile App version.

I just double checked. It’s gone there too. Just some fields are filled with generic info eg. I’ve apparently been sleeping 18 hours a day for the last six months!!

The web version shouldn't be missing data just from iOS 13 update. Have you ever used a different account? Which Garmin device do you use to record your activities?
