Corrupt .fit file

I tried the online tool http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl but it wouldnt work.

For more detail- I just hate to lose this ride, as I am rehabbing and it was my best showing yet- 63 m 4k' and some possible PRs.... arrgh.
I bought a new Edge 530 yesterday, as my older Garmin was having issues, so that I don't lose data again.
Any help is most appreciated!!

what happened ?
