I am using the Garmin connnect app on my phone to sync rides from my edge 520, all my activities are on the app but when I go on website there are none

On Garmin Connect Web make sure you're logged in with the same account name that you're using on the mobile app.

I am, just added new contact and it’s on website

Are you looking in the calender or in the activity list? If you are looking in the calendar, have you made sure that you have checked that you wish to see Cycling activities by having the checkbox to the left checked? It could be that the pane on the left is hidden and you have to expand it to find the options
