How to import data weight to garmin

Hi

I don't have garmin weight scales and I would like to export from excel to garmin Connect all my historical weight.

How to do that?

In the icon cloud there is possibility to export

Body
Date,Weight,BMI,Fat,
12-02-2020,100.8,29.1,28.4,45.1

What about other data how to export?

I am not sure which parameter i should use to exper other data

  • thanks! It worked for me

  • Has anyone found a way to also include the time? With the suggested formats it works for me and I even managed to upload this:

    Body
    Date,Time,Weight,BMI,Fat
    "2023-07-15","12:59:33","75.7","21.9","12.8"
    "2023-07-15","19:59:17","76.7","22.2","13.1"
    "2023-07-15","22:07:31","76.4","22.1","12.9"
    "2023-07-16","12:49:07","75.3","21.8","12.7"
    "2023-07-16","15:28:27","76.3","22.1","12.9"
    "2023-07-16","21:40:36","75.1","21.7","12.6"

But under the weight-tab all measurements apparently happened at 2 am :(
