If you mean a fix in Garmin Connect, then not, because there AFAIk there is no known problem, and for the majority of people it works. More likely it is a problem of your phone settings. Have a look at troubleshooting tips in the following thread, and make sure you have read and tried all of them:

Also, if you have an issue, try selecting the right forum - you will have better chance to get an answer. You posted to Garmin Connect Web - that's tthe web site that does not send any notifications, and hence the question is entirely deplaced here.
