deleted my activity by accident

I deleted my activity by accident once I did it. Can I get in back? I have a Garmin Venu. Frustrating

Deleted where? On the watch or in Garmin Connect? If in Garmin connect, then look up on your watch the folder //GARMIN/Activities for the corresponding FIT file, and if it is there, download it and import into Garmin Connect.
