My Fitness Pal not syncing with Garmin Connect

Data syncs from Garmin Connect App to My Fitness Pal app but not the reverse. Exercise appears in the MFP app and website but calories consumed do not appear in Garmin Connect app or website

Try clicking the "Sync" link at the top of the Calories In/Out graph in GC web and when it does not help, disconnect and reconnect the MFP account (under the same graph)
