Incorrect 7 day training load graph?

There is something wrong in my 7 day training load graph, or I do not understand how it is supposed to work?

My exercise load graph show I have a lot of load in Jan 25, I  did there small warmup activity and half marathon race, both using Indoor track activity mode. Excersise load looks ok but 7 day training load is down in that day, I supposed it should be up?

Also in Feb 1, my exercise load is pretty consistent but suddenly the 7 day training load drops quite a lot. 


How these 7 day training graph is supposed to work? 


Im using Fenix 6X pro watch.
