Garmin Connect Web Maps upload problem

Maps upload problem

Hello all

I try to upload a .fit or .gpx map on my Garmin and I get this message (see attached photo). I though it could be a glitch in the system but after 2 weeks the error persists. I have previously uploaded files to my Garmin using this approach. Why this happens now? Any clues?

Please attach your file to this thread. Someone can take a look at it to see what's wrong.

It doesn't allow me to upload .fit .tcx or .gpx files!

Click on Insert > Insert image/video/file

Then the file will be attached to your post as I've done on this one.

If still a problem, you can share it via OneDrive, dropbox, or some other file sharing site

I do this and I get the message "An error occurred. Please try again or contact your administrator. "... I am using Mac. Could this be the problem?

Mac or PC it's the same method. Can you upload it to a file sharing site?
