I don't think this would be possible, unfortunately. The actual sleep detection does not happen on the watch but is instead calculated by Garmin Connect after you sync in the morning. The watch knows what…

I don't think this would be possible, unfortunately. The actual sleep detection does not happen on the watch but is instead calculated by Garmin Connect after you sync in the morning. The watch knows what hours you set as your typical sleeping hours but aside from that it simply records HR and movement data which is then analyzed by Connect after the fact to determine sleep.
