hi! I replaced a fenix 6 Sapphire and now in Garmin Connect Web it appears as Unknown Device" instead of fenix 6 Sapphire, I have a Forerunner 935 and it does appear.
When I first buy the fenix 6, it does showed, but now, the new one doesn't. I even deleted it from GC web and re do all the elements I had (activities, body battery, etc. but cannot make the fenix to appear.
Loading activities show the correct name.
Does anyone have the same issue?
