How do I input an additional workout on the Garmin Training Plan?

I'm a newbie using the training plan so i.e. I'm using Galloway's 1/2 marathon training plan, but I'd like to redo the Goal Pace Race training today, without creating a whole new training session but to keep it for stats under this training plan. TIA! 

  • You can redo past workouts by selecting them on the watch, but I am unsure whether the first or the last attempt will be used for the stats. Just try and you will see:

    1. On the watch push the GPS button
    2. Scroll to the Run activity
    3. Long-press the menu button (on my watch it is the middle left one)
    4. Scroll down to Training and enter it
    5. Enter My Workouts
    6. Select the workout and start it

    Thanks so much ~ I'll try to follow those steps on my Rey! I thought there might be a way on the Garmin Connect Web but it's not letting me reschedule the same w/o on the same day
