is there a way to transfer the Exercises from Garmin Connect to Polar Flow?

I switched from Polar M400 to Garmin 735xt and i dont regret anything more than that, should have stayed in polar camp... the Garmin Connect app is REALLY crappy if youre used to Polar Flow.
i miss the…
When you tell "Exrecises", do you mean the Workouts (the plan of the exercise), or the Activities (the results of the monitoring of the exercise)? You can export both, but I have no idea if you can import…
I confirm:
Garmin Connect is truly ridiculous in comparison to Polar Flow.
I don't understand why basic functions are missing, it makes me regret having switched to Garmin
The whole run looks similar to garmin connect, but when you choose a section of the run, garmin wont show the average cadence/speed/hr of the selected section. this is a nice feature if you warm up/cool down or do some tempo runs.
if Garmin is able to update connect to have this feature, then i promise to tattoo Garmin on my face and never look back at Polar again xD
Well, all the data is in the TCX file - it consists of track points, each with all relevant values - time, latitude, longitude, elevation, HR, speed, and cadence. It means, Polar Flow theoretically can calculate the averages for any section it needs from the data available in the file. When it does not do it, it is not due to some missing data in the Garmin export file, but rather the decision of Polar. Or perhaps there it is just matter of some settings in Polar Flow, or an additional function that you can use for postprocessing the data - I can't tell you, since I do not use Polar Flow, but you can ask Polar's support or on Polar's forum. However, I know that the data is there, and if Polar wanted to allow the analysis, they could do it.
Connect does not have this "section average" thing
If we speak about processing the data in Polar Flow, then Polar does not need any section averages from Garmin, since it can calculate the sections (according to the HR zones settings in the Polar account) from the track point data within that section.
15yr old programmer could add the feature to Garmin Connect :D
Certainly. And if someone already asked Garmin to add such feature, perhaps they have it already on their ToDo list (together with around 10,000 other feature requests that you can find here on the forum, and elsewhere on the web). If nobody has let them know, and is rather just complaining on the user forum instead, it may take even longer time to get implemented.
I disagree .. they will also have 10,000 requests but, the times of the sessions from the workouts !!!!
Don't even hesitate to think of a cardio chart that doesn't display the phases of a workout ....
Garmin Connect is ridiculous
