Why you don't introduce the possibilities to share the Training Session to another person so the Athletes Coaches can use Garmin Connect to work?

I'm a Triathlon Coach and i want to sand my Training Session to my athleths with Garmin Connect, but there is no the way to share one of my Training to another person. Why you don't introduce the possibilities to share the Training Session to another person, so also the Coaches can use Garmin connect to work with the athletes!

You could share directly the FIT file of the workout. Download it from the watch, and send to the person, who can then place it on their watch.

It is the file containing the workout. Find it on your Garmin watch, using the USB cable. Typically it is in the folder \Garmin\Workouts\ if I remember well

You can even schedule it for the trainee, in which case you need to send him also the respective file for that day from the Schedule subfolder

More preciseley, a FIT file is a file in the FIT format. FIT or Flexible and Interoperable Data Transfer is a file format used for GPS tracks, routes, activities, workouts, parameters, and other objects handled by the device.
