The problem was probably elsewhere, not in Garmin Connect web. Perhaps just an intermittent connection problem. It never stopped working on the web (in the last weeks, at least).

I tried two month ago different time and I got an error on an AWS service from Garmin. I tried for two weeks with no luck. In the same time on mobile connect was working fine

Not sure where you're located, but there was an AWS outage on labor day (Sept. 2, 2019). It impacted the eastern US due to a power outage at one of their data centers. There have been other minor outages that also could have impacted your GC Web experience.
