I need help fr my garmin vivo 4 device it look broken the screen its blank , I tried to press the power button fr more than 30 seconds but still its not working
You would have a better chance to get helped if you posted to the forum dedicated to your device, instead of using the Garmin Connect Web forum, which has evidently no relation to your problem. No idea whether you ask about Vivosmart 4, Vivoactive 4, or Vivofit 4, hence cannot give you the direct link to right forum. You have to chose it yourself: https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/
Another thing that would help is not using "help" as a title. Most people on this forum needs help. What a title should do, is allow people to view it in the forum list and know wether it's a topic they can help with or not.
