Hi,

Another day my Forunner 35 froze in the middle of a run and did not respond until the buttery run out. then I was able to switch it back and use a s usual but since then when I try to sync my activities it syncs without the actual activity. So when I run and sync it sync but the run does not show. I check in ACTIVITY folder for the FIT file that has dates of activities missing from syncs.I tried to import them vie Garmin connect but keep receiving the same error:

I confirm that if I delete an activity from my Garmin (which had been previously synced successfully) and then Import it back i have no issues that works.

I have two files that I can not import what should I do to have them imported?

do as trux suggests with the two fit files you can not import

import those fit files manual from within Garmin Connect Web

when this fails

with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

zip the fit file and upload here in the forum, or provide a link to it on a cloud storage

time for a backup/clear of your ACTIVITY folder

Ok it seems to have worked. When I uploaded the file in Section Remover the map showed my 25 km rout had a deviation to Asia. Possible the GPS got confused in the mountains?

Anyway, having it fixed I was able to sync it in the app. I hope now it will work as before.

Hi OnlyTwo,

I've got similar problem with 5910591 with my FR35. On the watch, it shows lap 1, then straight to lap 5 and so on... I've tried using Section Remover (without removing anything) in https://fitfiletools.com, but it doesn't work, then I tried using http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/, using the function Convert to autofix.fit file, it worked, the file can be imported to Garmin Connect. But it doesn't show the map, elevation, charts (pace, heart rate).

Can you have a look at my fit file?

removed two corrupted data records

time for a backup/clean operation on your ACTIVITY folder

be sure to make room(free space) on your device for your next activity

Hi, I've had a similar issue - an activity won't upload. When I use FitFile Tools, it shows the second half of my run missing - though the full distance is summarised on the garmin device. Its should be about 7.5miles in total.

check this file A5QE3059-fixed.zip fixed with FitFileRepairTool

report back the amount of FIT files in the ACTIVITY folder on your FR35

- (when folder contains many fit files time for a backup/clean operation)
the amount of FREE memory on your FR35
- (when low FREE memory, check above and below answer)
are you a MAC user
- (empty BIN on device)
was this activity with a long duration or distance compared to previous activities
- ( long ones use more memory )
was this activty with a pause somewhere during the activity
