Issue with .fit file

Question

I tried http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/ , but did not have any luck. I keep getting this message on the website despite restarting my computer, trying a different computer, etc: Upload status: The file could not be uploaded. The following error occured: The process cannot access the file 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\localuser\garmin.kiesewetter.nl\loadup\1A41450.fit' because it is being used by another process. I appreciate any advice or help you could provide to get this activity back. Here is the file:

 good to know : kind of activity , date , state of or origin of the provided fit file 
 your fit file was the result from a recovery program 
 recording to your fit file ended abruptly 
 removed multiple parts with system data, updated file length, recalculated checksum 
 and import/export with FIT File Tools 's section remover 
 when ACTIVITY folder contains many FIT files, time for a backup/clean operation
