How to divide the heart rate card into sections?

During a circuit training, there are phases at different times with effort and recovery that should be sectioned to make sense of the heart rate card and analyze the status between one phase and another ...
In the "small" example below, you clearly understand the difference with another Brand.

How can I solve it?

  • Currently Garmin Connect does not have such feature. The solution would be to use another tool for analysis.

  • In fact, I am forced to use an old Polar watch on the other arm.

    There are cardio circuits with short periods of time for intense workouts (such as: sprinting, jumping, bending, recovering x 10 times etc.) or workouts such as "Rounds in the bag"
    - heating
    - Hit the bag and recover x3 times

    which allow a better Cardiac recovery but, I should be able to see the situation of the heart between one phase and another and Garmin is not able

    We know that the Garmin Connect system is old and does not listen but a vertical line on the Cardio graph would suffice with each phase change ...
