I played drums wearing my new Vivosmart 4 and it logged thousands of steps that were just drum hits! I’d like to remove them - and to be able to remove them in future, or stop the device from tracking steps so I don’t have to take off the device every time I play drums.
This also awarded me some badges that I didn’t really earn, I’d like to delete those too if possible
Thanks, but that deletes the whole daily summary. I want to be able to point at a range of time and delete the steps - or even just manually adjusting the daily total down would be good.
I had the same issue with my Vivosmart 3 which I wore while drumming for the first time yesterday. Previously my Fitbit did the same. Drumming is exercise, just look at the heart rate, it's just not steps…
I didn't test that, but there is the gear icon on the up right. On the daily summary page. In the drop-down menu there is remove option, so you can try that.
Something new in the topic? My Fenix 5X is still counting steps during other activities. For example, today, while cycling, he counted 12,000 steps for me!
