Unable to update heart rate details despite connected

Hi, I had my Garmin Vivomove HR connected to Iphone 13.3. Able to do changes on 12/24 hr format but unable to get an updated graph for Heart Rate. The software is able to show the real-time heart rate but unable to update the heart rate graph. May we know what’s happening?

    I have the same problem for my Phenix 5X, HR is working fine. The graphics over 4 hours isn't working. How to reset this widget?
