Garmin Connect Incorrect Route

Hi Garmin,

Take a look at the attached picture, I am creating a route from Key Largo FL to Key West FL ( I dont need the route but I want to create it and post it on my Facebook ) and for some reason your map is routing me the wrong way LMAO. Even crossing the ocean on a bike LOL!

By ocean there is a ferry route.

But why it draw other way around - probably there is some wrong tag in map data (the problem is near the "Seven Mile Bridge").

I checked and when you change map to OpenStreetMap, then it takes normal straight route.

On Google it's around.

But garmin has nothing to it, as directly on Google Maps it's the same route around.

I was once a passenger in car with the driver using GPS. At one intersection, the GPS told the driver to turn right, when our destination was a few blocks following a left turn. The driver turned right anyway. A half block later, GPS instructed him to make a U turn. This could happen if the map GPS was using indicated a left turn was prohibited at that intersection, such as a center divider being present. (Although there wasn't).
