Split Distances are odd after changing run distance

When I changed the run distance before I start a run from 5k to 5m my split distances are now 1.61 miles each instead of 1 mile each. I'd like them to stay at 1 mile. Is there a setting for this somewhere?

1 mile = 1.61 kilometers. Splits are made during run, if you change unit later, then distance of split won't change.

But this looks like you changed from miles to kilometers.

If you changed from kilometers to miles, then after change, splits should have 0.62 miles.
