Corrupted Fit File-Help Please and Thank You

Sighs... my file got corrupted I think i hit lap to many times so it confused the watch dramatically. (the watch froze on me literally ....)

Can anyone help fix this file. it should be a little over 7 miles post repair.

updated file length and import/export with Fit File Tools's section remover

Sad thats unfortunate. I was hoping I could extract to a csv and look at the nitty gritty cause I used the above link as well and got the same result

If you want to look at your file as csv you can try http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/ instead.

For my corrupted fit file, I tried using https://www.fitfiletools.com/#/top as well but got the same result anyway.

Hi there sorry to bother. I have bee searching for someone kind enough to take a look at my broken fit file for me, would you by any chance be able to do so? It has several swimming pbs on it I would hate to lose.

there is no swim data in this fit file

it is a run activity from dec 7 '19

run your fit file through FIT File Tools's section remover

there was a part in the file with some missing synced swim hr-data

give the watch more time to download-sync the hr-data after your activity

or re-sync hr-data manual via the watch's menu

Hi there, @onlytwo it happened again and I promise I tried hard to fix it but alas find myself here again, if you would be so kind to take a quick look I really would most appreciate it? Or alternatively please do tell me how you would do it and I will try to learn and be able to pass on the favour to others!

the swim hr data was incomplete

send a pm when you have experience working with a hex-editor

give the watch more time to download-sync the hr-data after your activity
