Are you using iOS or Android? There has been problems with latest iOS 13. Don't have Apple myself, so don't know if it is related at all.

Other basic checks:
Are you logged in with the same account both in web and mobile? Do you have any old courses since before, so you see that both UI share the same data. You could check other information as well I guess, like daily steps, activities, etc. to make sure that the account is the same.
Have you tried to refresh the courses on mobile? On Android by dragging "down" to refresh, don't know how it's done on iOS.
Are you sure you haven't filtered out course type? Click on the chevron/lines up to the right, to make sure that the course type is selected.
Are on you the right tab? There are two, "Created By You" and "Favorites". If you don't have any favorites, none will show up.
I figured it out, it was very clearly user error. I had not added the tab to the main page in my mobile app. Had to click on "edit" in the settings page and add "courses" in as an option.

Well, you should have access to it via the hamburger menu and the Training dropdown as well. No need for it to be one of the tabs at the bottom (which I guess you have set up now).
