Hi there, I was wondering, for those of you that have done the half marathon plan: when did it start adapting the workouts? I've just entered week 2 of the plan and am running faster than the indicated workout pace. The training confidence level is high (green) and my VO2max is increasing. I'd expect my upcoming workouts to set a higher pace, or a time trial to be scheduled to calibrate the pace. But so far, all planned workouts are still at the same pace as in week 1. Am I just being too impatient here, or missing something?
