1) Links at bottom of infinite scroll page poor design. 2) Is there a faster way to go back several years in activities?

I started using my FR220 over 5 years ago.  I'm looking for some activities (workouts) done in the first months of use. The only way I know how to do this is go to the activities list, scroll to the bottom, and wait for more activities to  load. When I want to go back 5 years, this is annoying.

I was wondering if there was a way to speed this up, when I noticed there were links at the bottom of the page. The first link is "Help". Thinking that might offer some guidance, I clicked on "Help". Or, I should say I tried to click on "Help" -- just as I was clicking, more activities loaded, so my mouse cursor was no longer over "Help."

Please don't have links at the bottoms of infinite scroll pages. They may be hard to use before a user scrolls as far back as possible.

While I'm at it, in the activities page, I would like a faster way to jump to activities for a month and year. Is there one? Or, if not, should there be?
