First training plan

Hi! I have just activated a training plan for the first time. I can't figure out how to activate the plan or start executing it. For example, I would like to start running now according to the plan schedule or with the instructors recommendations, and can't figure out how to do so. I can onlu see a static recommendation on how to run today. 2 min warm up, 5 min run, etc.
