I just synchronized Garmin Connect with my Tactix Charlie as usual and the data for about 10 days is missing in the calendar, despite me having worn the watch on all these days.
Go into the device settings > whatever device you have > notice the red circle with exclamation point at the top. Tap that. See error message. Throw device & phone out window. This software has been buggy since the mid 2010s. Sync is again not working 100% for people but it's failing silently. Solution: get a hold of a latpop > install Garmin Express > Connect your device to the laptop > sync through Garmin express = problem solved. No it's not pleasant to have to manually take your watch off, plug it into a computer and manually sync through a desktop app. Welcome to Garmin world.

I only have one garmin connect. im 100% sure on that.
Are the activities still on your watch?
If so, you can connect the watch to a PC/Mac via cable, copy the activities from the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder, and manually import them into Garmin Connect.
(You may have to close Garmin Express first.)

Look at that thread. There are other possibilities listed. Also, like WillNorthYork mentioned. try a manual upload, which is mentioned on step #4 of that thread.

no they dont show anywhere...garmin connect or my watch. but my watch only shows activities for the past 7 days
Which device is this? Some Garmin watches, such as the Forerunner 35 have a memory/history capacity of only 7 activities. Have all of the the activities that you see on the watch already synced with Garmin Connec? I would move to your PC the contents of \GARMIN\ACTIVITY to reduce the chances of additional issues, as mentioned on step #4 of the troubleshooting guide.
