Garmin froze and now .fit file is corrupt, can someone help me to fix it?

My edge 500 froze when i connected it to my pc and the latest .fit activity dissappeared, i managed to recover it but it is corrupt, i don't know how to fix the file, any help is appreciated, i uploaded the file to g drive.

sorry, the recovered fit file only contains a small part activity data, rest of the file is device system data

cut system data, update file length, calculate checksum and import/export with Fit File Tools section remover
