Badges not Awarded

Hi,

Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place, it's my first time on this forum.

I appear to have earned badges which have not been awarded to me. Twice this week I've cycled routes where the total elevation has been over 500 metres each time, yet I've not been awarded the 'Climber 1' badge (requirement = climb 500 feet).

Additionally, I'm sure I should have earned the 'Make up Your Mind' badge, for recording swimming activities in both metres and feet, though perhaps I wasn't awarded it as I entered these manually?

Grateful if anybody could advise how best for me to rectify.

    For bike badge, try renaming the activity - edited activity will be rechecked for earned badges.

    And Climber is one time badge, so be sure you didn't get it earlier.

    For swimming badge, you probably need to record it on a watch, manual entries don't get badges.

    Understood about the swimming badge.

    I've definitely not got the 'Climber 1' badge already, it's still on my list of available badges. As suggested, I've renamed today's activity in the hope that it now gets picked up. How long do you think that might take?

    You climbed 500 meters which equals roughly 1640 feet. That would give you the climber 2 badge, but not the climber 1 badge. If you want the climber 1 badge, you have to do a climb of more than 500 feet but less than 1000 feet.

    Thanks for your reply. I actually hadn't even realised that there was a 'Climber 2' badge, but that makes perfect sense. Thank you again :-)
