Can't create course - limited popularity data

Hello, two weeks ago I was able to create courses just fine, now I keep getting this error.

Oops, we have limited popularity data for this area of the map. Use another drawing method to add new points. Dismiss

Have tried creating courses in the ACT and QLD (Australia)

    If there is no Heatmap in some area, than this method of drawing doesn't work there.

    Choose drawing by paths/roads or by hand (options on the left).

    To check where is the Heatmap - click on Heatmap option on the right. Then some path will be highlighted. And in those places you can use drawing by popularity.

    Ahh yes. Forgot to add that I've created many courses before this. I can see the purple heat map but it just doesn't work anymore. So I have to swap over to follow roads or freehand. It's annoying that I can't do what I used to do.

    Ok, you're right. I checked Canberra (Australia) and there is visible heatmap, but it doesn't draw course by popularity.

    But in my area it works normally.

    So, maybe they started updating the Heatmap and they do it partially?

    Me too. I can use it in UK and France no trouble but it has *never* worked in Russia for the last two years.

    Any idea why not ?
