Dashboard will not display

This question seems to have come up many times but I cannot find the solution to it - following threads often leads to a non-existent web page.

Basically the problem is as follows - I go to connect.garmin.com/.../xxxxxx and up comes this page

So I am logged in OK but no matter how many times I click on "Normal" nothing happens at all. Initially this used to happen with Microsoft Edge so I changed to Google Chrome, but now I'm getting the same issue. Most other tings seems to work - its just this vitally important summary page that won't work. Any clues why?

To the best of my knowledge clicking on Normal in the Dashboard menu does not generate a pop-up, and in any case switching off pop-up blocker makes no difference. It just seems to me that Garmin haven…

Popup blocker?

To the best of my knowledge clicking on Normal in the Dashboard menu does not generate a pop-up, and in any case switching off pop-up blocker makes no difference. It just seems to me that Garmin haven't completed their testing with the Microsoft Edge browser which seems a bit strange, but then its surprising how many bugs do get through the nets, and not just Garmin ones.
