How does one change a username?

The question has been asked several times, but the various links with instructions are all dead. So how does one change a username?

You should be able to change your username, by clicking on the Profile and Account icon (top right of the screen).

Click View Profile from the list and click Edit Profile (under your profile picture).

In the Name box, alter it to whatever you want, then Save it.
