Activity tracking not syncing

Hi,

I have a Garmin Approach S60 and activity tracking is not syncing with connect.garmin.com and only partially with the app. The app follows my total steps but does not show the progress on the grap when i go into step details. If i record an activity that syncs normally and shows up on both the app and the web. But the activity tracking is not showing any progress, step details, sleep etc....

I have tried everything, updated versions, restarted the watch, log in out of app and web, running iOS13 on my iPhone.....

Any ideas as how to fix this.

    Update: when I plug my phone into my computer and sync via USB cable, all the activity tracking items show up, step details on graph, sleep, calories etc.....

    Solved: had to remove the device from the app and do a factory restore on the watch. Install everything again and then it was all back to normal. Annoying to have to set the watch up again but it was the only way.
