Bug: Pace Pro (Web) - Altitude missing

Steps:

1) Create new route from activity.
2) Create new Pace Pro plan from route.

Error: No altitude is active in the Pace Pro plan.

Workaround: Edit the route and create PP plan again. Altitude ok.

Action: Garmin please examine.
