Training plan fails to create

every time I try to create a new training plan online or in the app I keep getting an error message saying something g has gone wrong. Any ideas?

SOLUTION: I´ve reviewed the configuration in the app and the conclusion --> The only way to create a new plan is deleting any prior plan ended or started (the old training data isn´t deleted ) , wait between…

Same problem here. I was able to create one earlier today but only once has it worked - every other time results in error, whether I try it on the iOS app or Connect on the web.

Since Former Member is also referencing Garmin Connect Web, I've moved this thread to the Garmin Connect Web forum. However, this was 10 months ago, so this could be an entirely different issue.

Same issue here. No go from the phone, nor my laptop, or even my work laptop. I previous did one of the 5k plans, and it worked no problem. Its been like this for a while.

Same issue here,, fail to create any cycling plans in web, mobile app o desktop. Previous plans done, but since few months ago no plans allowed

SOLUTION: I´ve reviewed the configuration in the app and the conclusion --> The only way to create a new plan is deleting any prior plan ended or started (the old training data isn´t deleted ) , wait between 12 and 24 hours and go to create a new plan.

Enrique - I can confirm - this worked for me as well. I had to REMOVE my previously completed plan.

I’m now facing this same problem, but this solution doesn’t work. I have no previous plans, not active or ended. Completely empty from plans. But still I get the error message on both, iOS app and web.

I am also getting this on the web and app. so annoying as I'm wanting to pop out for an interval
