Request: Time in Heart Rate Zone Map Overlay

Can we please get a map overlay which shows the Heart Rate Zones? i.e. coloured bands over the path/road.

It would be more useful than just the info about the times in each zone shown beneath the map.

Also how about pin pointing the exact area on the map for maximum speed/HR/cadence or whatever. Instead of trying to guess it, using the scrubby sliders?

And finally, LIveTrack. What is the point of the Graphs section beneath the map? When you click a line in that section, there's no location point being shown.

    Sounds like very interesting features. Track on the map can be highlighted (colored) depending on:

    - hear rate zone / power zone / cadence

    - speed/pace

    - height

    Additionally, it will be very useful to see on hover at selected point on the track all available metrics like time, speed/pace/height/etc.

    Map of traffic in Moscow. All metrics can be visualized on the map in similar way.

    yes, now that runtastic (that had this feature on web and mobile app) has been bought and destroyed by Adidas (no more web app, lot of complain of mobile app), it will be a huge benefit to Garmin to implement it (Strava don't have it too) for all people that care to have this information directly on the map instead of trying to match the graphs and the map manually

    Wow, that was unexpected, didn't hope they add any improvements.
    So now we can use Pace/Heart Rate/Elevation overlay.

    But they didn't test it, the red line style is now bugged.

    If you choose None (red line), and then you zoom in or out - a line disappears and a map is empty, until you choose another style.

    Oh well, only another 12 months to wait before they fix it.
