Bluetooth connection

Hi, since Garmin connect updated the other day my garmin fenix 5 plus has stopped syncing with the phone. It picks up intermittently and then stops. Im unable to re sync the phone and watch. Tried restarting the watch, and phone reinstalled garmin connect and still the same.

If you believe it was caused by the firmware update of your Fenix 5, then rather post to the Fenix 5 forum. People there will be able to help you better than here. This forum is for the web interface of Garmin Connect.

I went into my bluetooth application settings and cleared all data/cache/. (I've an android) so i went settings/apps then hit the 3 dots on the top right and select show system apps, then go down to Bluetooth, click on storage and clear the cache and data. And restart bluetooth. Thats what worked for me and its been 100% since.
