Menstrual Cycle Predictions Messed up

I have found the menstrual cycle feature very useful and so far it has been accurate to within 1 day every cycle.  However, for some reason, it has recently set my cycle length to 12 days, despite my average over the last 6 cycles being 27 days.  Thus, it is currently predicting a period every other week, which is obviously wrong and not helpful.

I have looked in the settings and confirmed that the cycle length there is set to 27 days and the cycle type to regular - I can only assume this is a bug of some kind.  Please fix, I like this feature!

Whatever the issue is, I am seeing the same incorrect data in the Android app and Connect Web.

Did this issue change for you? It’s happening for me now!

Yes, I had one annoying cycle where the predictions were all over the place and I had to keep manually editing the calendar.  After that, it went back to normal and it hasn't happened since.  No Idea what caused it but no further problems.

  • After what, exactly? What did you do?  Or did you just manually change it every day until you had an actual period?

This exact thing is happening to me now all of a sudden.

Honestly, it was almost a year ago and I can't really remember. Yeah, if it said I should be menstruating when I wasn't I changed it, and then when I started menstruating I made sure it was correct.  When that period was finished it seemed to recalculate everything and go back to normal.

I am having the same issue. My cycle is consistently 28 days (4 months of data in the app now) and it’s predicting my next period on cycle day 14. All the settings are correct when I review them in settings. What is going on with this?
