we don't support the file type you tried to import, please help

Hello

Can you help me upload my file into Garmin Connect.  I recovered a "deleted file" on my Edge 500.  I'm not sure how it got deleted, but after my ride yesterday it never showed up in my activities folder.  So I found it (it had been deleted), I recovered it to my desktop as in it's .fit file format.  When I tried to upload it into Garmin Connect it gives me the error "we don't support the file type you tried to import.  Thanks for you help

    without the file, no solution Slight smile

    check if you can repair your file with help of FitFileRepairTool

    or

    with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

    zip the fit file and upload here in the forum, or provide a link to it on a cloud storage

    sorry, there is no recoverable data in the recovered fit file

    it contains 99% zero values and 15 seconds unrecoverable data from September 21
