Speed Sensor 2 registered ride but not distance or speed in Garmin Connect

New Speed Sensor 2 paired to IPhone has recorded ride time, but no speed or distance...how can I get these stars to record / be displayed in Garmin connect?

I just had the same problem. Has anyone figured this out?

No and Garmin claim not to have heard of this issue.....

Been reported many times.
