Hi so I was wondering how to create a Fartlek type Training Workout to upload to my watch with these parameters:
3 miles of (4 mins running --->1 min jogging--->1 min running--->3 minutes jogging) I guess I was wondering if there is a way to rpeat these parameters until Ive gone 3 miles? I know how to set up these repeating parameters but usually you repeat the set a particular amount of times, not for a distance. Thanks in advanced!
