My golf scorecard is saved, but golf doesn't show up as an activity.

I played a round of golf and Connect saved my scorecard, but the golf doesn't show up as an activity on my activity history or newsfeed. This applies to the website and app. Has anyone else had this problem?

My husband played golf with me and when I look at my newsfeed, I see that he played golf, but mine does not show up.

I have a vivoactive HR.

It keeps track of steps and mileage during the round of golf, but I can't see it afterwards. I contacted support and they didn't help at all. They tried, but they didn't have an answer.
