Connect Web v App

Hi,

Apologies if this has been discussed before, if so please direct me to the thread.

My FR645 was syncing fine to the App on my phone (iOS).

After a few weeks of use I used Connect Web to check data and nothing had been synced.

I logged out of the App and signed back in after which a setup process was repeated, all history on the App had been deleted and it appears as though Connect Web is now properly connected to my FR645.

How do I get the history on my FR645 back onto App and Connect Web? Or is it lost? Do I perhaps have to use Garmin Express?
