Invalid .fit file fix

Hi. Today my FR645 crashed after pressing the Save button and my fit file can't sync to Connect (in my watch it says it's an Invalid file). It did sync pretty well in Strava but I can't export it from there in GPX because it was on a treadmill. I download this software http://fitfilerepairtool.info and it gave me back a valid fit file but only showing the first half of the run because it was the trial version. I wanted to know if someone of you had the license and can help me repair my fit file (www.dropbox.com/.../2019-09-14-11-40-36.fit. Thank you very much.

There's nothing in the file, just the file header with no data points. This is indicated by the size of the file "83 b."

Even my shortest possible activity size is around 2 KB or 2,048 bytes. So unfortunately there is nothing in the file to repair.
