Confused over the repeat capability when creating a workout!

I am trying to create a workout: 7 x 3 min runs with a 2 min recovery.

do I set up the following?

1. Run (Duration 3 mins)

2. Recover (Durantion 2 mins)

and then add a repeat step: 7 times?

Will this do 7 runs and recovers or will it do eight?!

  • This should looks like this.

    Only change repeat count and adjust time.

    Everything inside repeat box will be repeated X times.

    Warm up and Cold down will be run only once.

    You can also check training plans, each step can be shown as workout, so you can create similar.
