Need to import bulk strava export gz files into Garmin Connect

I have moved back to a Garmin Head unit and want to import the last couple of years files. When I download activity from Training Peaks or Strava the files format in windows is a GZ file. I cannot find software to convert this to a GC compatible file e.g. Tcx or Gpx and cannot import the data.

Any help out there please?

Thanks Mike - Taparik doesn't offer a historical data option so it syncs from when you connect accounts but can't deal with previous activities.
