  • Running is usually measured in min/km (pace). To see speed (km/h) you need to change activity type to cycling which is usually measured in km/h, but then the statistics will be messed up.

    My best tip is that you learn how to do the math and convert it to km/h if that is interesting to see or just start to use pace when running.

    I usually divide 60 with the pace to get km/h: 4 min/km => 60/4 = 15 km/h, 5 min/km => 60/5 = 12 km/h, 6 min/km => 60/6 = 10 km/h. Then it is easy to calculate values in between: 4:30 min/h => (15-12)/2 + 12 = 13.5 km/h and so on.

    Another way is to find a Connect IQ data field that writes the speed to the FIT file. Add the data field to a data page in your watch and then you will see the calculated speed in the Connect IQ area in the activity.

  • Hello, it such a shame that you don't give the choice to the use.

    I have always been running with speed. Pace is completely useless to.

    If there it's really not possible to automatically get the speeds of the laps, I will simply move to an other brand.

    I am really frustrated with it and disappointed.
