I can't seem to find anyone on find my friends, I just get 'network connection error' ?

I'm trying to add my fiends on my connections on Garmin connect, but on the app and online it just comes up saying theres a network error? Can anyone help please?

I can see my connections, but I’m unable to add anyone

I just get network connection error

I tried using my iMac and I still can’t add anyone

So you're going here in Garmin Connect Web - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search

Clicking on "Find People" or are you clicking on Facebook or Google?

Typing in a name in the search field and you see nothing and you get an error message?

Mind sending a screenshot of what you're seeing? Also, moved this thread to Garmin Connect Web forum, as I'm not so sure this is related to the GC Mobile iOS app.

So, as seilogramp wrote, try the search on https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search, and if you get any error, post the screenshot.

You can’t have more than 1000 connections. I’m seriously deleting over ¾ of my connections hoping that this fixes the problem. My friend with just a few connections aren’t experiencing problems.

Connections are designed just for a few close friends. If you want to share you activities with a bigger number of people, and and create challenges, courses, and sectors for them, rather create a Group.
